Monday Monday......

Hello! Today I am sharing the TCP challenge from last week! It seems that a lot of challenges want you to use blue and green (well only two but who's counting). This card was a little harder for me to make than I thought. I had creators block on this one but am pretty happy with the way it turned out. I like having birthday cards that are more geared for men and this one works quite well. Hope you are having a great day so far...don't forget to check out the bubble bin on MFT today there are lots of great deals. www.mftstamps.com

YEAH I just hit 5000 hits on my blog...Leave a comment and I will give away blog candy...it will be a suprise but I will make it a good one! The comment should be about why you love blogging or blog surfing or "blurfing" the new hip term. I will pick a winner on Wednesday night so leave your comment before 8pm CST!

Talk to you tomorrow.....

Happy Mothers day and some blog candy for you!

Hello everyone! Today is Mother's day so most importantly I want to wish them all a day where everything goes their way and they are told how much they are appreciated! I don't know where I would be without the love and support of my mother and my grandmothers. Oh and them introducing me to creating which is something I treasure learning from them and doing with them. For the card today! I made this card last week just in the nick of time to get in the mail. I really love this Verve set "Because of You" it is fantastic! I used purples because I thought this could be very elegant when I pictured it in my head. Here you go....

They have four and they are fantastic! http://www.mftstamps.com/. Today I am sharing a card I made a couple of weeks ago for a Verve challenge. BBQ Party anyone?

Hello! Today I am sharing a cute invitation I made using the new Studio G sets. There are so many cute ones. They have fathers day ones, mothers day ones, graduation ones, fourth of july ones, well...you get the picture. They have a little bit of everything. If you do get some and you want to play in some challenges, you can find them on www.papercraftplanet.com under the Studio G Collectors group. Here is my BBQ invitation using the two studio G. sets below! Hope you like it!

Cupcake days!

Hello! My title is cupcake days because in my family this is one of the busiest birthday weeks of the year. We have three birthdays in my family all in a row (Sister, Dad, and Grandma) and then mothers day the same week. I made this birthday card for the Who's That Girl challenge this week. It was a wild card using the colors pink, black, and white. I guess I was so tired Monday night that I didn't think that using Wild Card meant you still had to use one of the Who's the Girl set so I messed up and used the cupcake set from MFT... Oh well...silly me! Don't forget that MFT is having their release party tonight on Splitcoast! Yeah!

I found this ribbon at Hobby Lobby and love it. The colors are so bright and they fit this card pretty well I thought.
Have a great day!

You Rock Margarita Ketto!

Again with the Ketto's...I know I hope you like em! I just love coloring them. When I first saw this image I pictured a black old school converse sneaker and that was my inspiration. I knew I wanted to participate in the way's to use it challenge (use as much black as you can on your card). I wanted black gray and sparkle. So here you go! Just think...if we all had as much spunk and gusto as Margarita does on a Monday we would all be running out the door to start our week! Hope you guys have a great week!

It's Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well...the weekend is here which means time for stamping, chores, stamping, errands, and stamping! I am really excited b/c my friend is coming over and we just got some new dp to work with! The card I am sharing today is from the Splitcoast challenge last Thursday called ways to use it! This is my first time doing this challenge. This challenge called for using all white....I thought that would be fun since I hardly ever use white unless it is the stamped on part of the card. I made this wedding card using the She's all that set from Stampin up. I love this set and use it often. I hope you enjoy the card...I am hoping my creativity level is kicked up for this evening!

Card Details:
Stamps:
She's all that (Stampin up)
Paper: White CS and Black CS
Ink: Graphite Black Brilliance
Accessories: Swiss dot cuttlebug folder, scalloped rectangle nesties, white ribbon (SU), dimensionals, and adhesive
